Senior Vice President and Principal Wealth Financial and Operations Officer
Eileen is responsible for oversight of business development efforts as well as operations, business support, and project management for Washington Trust Wealth Management. In her role, she manages financial reporting and budgeting, divisional growth strategies, product development and actions and personnel management.
Eileen has more than 35 years of experience in the banking and wealth management industries, with a strong track record of leadership in strategic business planning and change and performance management. Prior to joining Washington Trust, she served as Senior Vice President of Business Support at US Trust.
Eileen holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College.
A Rhode Island resident, Eileen is actively involved in her community, having devoted most of her volunteer time to TOPS, Inc., the Exeter/West Greenwich Association of Parents and Teachers, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and Habitat for Humanity.
